Lucas—President of the Board of Agriculture. Lord Beauchamp—Lord President of the Council.. Hon. J. A. Pease—President of the Board of Education. The new Ministers will include:— The Hon Bonar Law—Leader of the . Opposition. .!( The Hon. A. J. Balfour —Prime MinVfiater of two Unionist Administrations from 1902 to 1905. 'The Hon.
