LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their Lcndcn Office, under date of tb.2 26th inst.: — ' " "The fifth series of wocl sales have been fixed to open en the 29th June. The list of arrivals closa on the 7th June, cr the date en which 200,000 bales net neAV arrivals have been received."
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have i-3-eived the'following cablegram from their London Office under date.of the' 27th inst.: I "The 4th series cf wool sales open- ' ed with a good attendance. There was a good selection and competition was fairly animated. Compared with the closing rates of last sales, good Mer-; inos, both greasy and scoured were unchanged. Medium were 5 per cent, lower, inferior greasy 5 per cent to 1\ per cant., and short faulty'secured 71 per cent, to 10 per cent, lower. Greasy crossbreds were from par to 5 per cent. lower and medium and coarse 5 to 7J i per cent. iGwer. Scoured crossbreds were from, par to 5 per cent, lower; slipes were unchanged." CTOCK REPORT.
