Mr, Skerrett, for the petitioner, said be did not intend to proceed further. The only question now was one of costs. Sir John Findlay urged the Court to fix costs as if £IOOO were claimed: Mr. Skerrett argued that this was excessive; the basis should be on a claim of £5Ol.
