(To the Editor). Sir _lt is pleasing to note that your various leaders have stirred up enough interest in Borough matters to bring forward fourteen candidates for the seven seats on th« 3 Council. There is no doubt that the average electors take very little interest in municipal affairs and I venture to say that net 10 per cent of the electors are conversant with the work done by the late council.
