WELLINGTON RACES, CONCLUDING DAY. TRENTHAM, This Day. The Wellington Racing Club’s autumn meeting concluded to-day. The weather is again tine and the at tendace is large. Reults: — •>» Second Hack and Hunters ’ Steeplechase—The Pole 1, Grey Renown 2, Agatha Green 3. All started. Grey Renown led till the last fence, where he was overhauled by The Pole, who won by six lengths. Nita and Captain Flint lost their riders. Hutt Handicap—Bclasco I, Rene 2. Kaminoho 3. Scr.: Blackail. A great finish, Belasco just lasting long enough to stall off Rene, and winning by a head. Time, 1.40. AVONDALE RACES. AUCKLAND, This Day. The last day of the Avondale meeting opened with showery weather. The attendance is good and the course m fair. Results;- — Wa ikmnete Hu idles —PI ack North - ern 1. S.palpcrion 2.
