SIGNIFICANT SPEECHES OF LEADING MEN. Reuter’s correspondent in Paris quotes the "Petit Parisien’s” Rome corespondent as saying: Speaking on behalf of the Italian Radical party, which compiles over seventy u.]embers, the leader, Signor Luigi Fera, said that their entire sympathy was with the cause which Franc e was defending. After explaining the broad lines the prebijem of Italy’s attitude, he concluded: "ThiS len-irmous moral adva-ntagets which Italy would derive from her par-■-icipatkn in the European conflict are in essential reason for us to make definite desolations. I am convinced that our Government will willingly decide. It is not possible that we should rei main with our arms folded. The day on which Austria, either directly or iniireidly, tliroife'ns cur interests we jhall act quickly. Besides, I see clouds coming from Turkey and Albania,” WAR WITH AUSTRIA. Signor Federgoni, a Rome Deputy and leader of the Nationalist party, also expressed his belief in the necessity of war with Austria.
