THE FRIVOLITY MiNSTRELS. TAIHAPE, APRIL 9. Th:3 first part cf the Frivolity Miustrels entertainment on Friday next in lire Town Kail will, he devoted to th.e time h.onourled chair business. This will introduce all the performers, and incidentally "give the six cornermen a chain- i to crack their jokes, gags, and coiuuidinmis. All the latest coon and comic songs will be given, as well as patriotic and sentimental successes. The p srformisrs will be assisted by a cavable orchestra, and the first part wilj conclude with a screamiing war skit. ' The second part i s devoted entirely to ariety turns, which comprice some splendid items. The four long sho e dancers always score a hit, while the Irish specialist and dancer niayer fails to bring down the house. The three comedians each in a different item will tickle the ribs of the audience, white ballads, patriotic songs and speeches will contribute to the programme. A screaming absurdity Avill conclude thte entertainment. The doors open at 7.15 and the curtain will rise sharp at 8.
