On Monday night Mrs Boyd entertained at her house a number of old patients who wished to say good-bye to Sister Siddells before she leaves for the front, at the same time giving her a token of their appreciation of her kindness to them, which took the •form cjf !i ’watch/hlratjeleiij, together with a purse of sovereigns. Mrs Phillips made the presentation, giving expression to the general warm feelings of those who had been nursed by Sister Siddels. Father Conolly also spoke, specially mentioning her thoughtfulness and the high standard of management she had given to Dr. Boyd's Hospital. Dr. Boyd responded on behalf of Sistjar Siddells, at the same time pointing out how his succes s was due Sister Sid dell’s in her work. ' A very pleasant /evening was spent.
