ELECTION OP MEMBER OP WELLINGTON LAND BOARD, IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED in accordance with the provisions of section 41 of “The Land Act, 1908”, and the Regulations made thereunder by -Governor-in-Council. that a vacancy in the membership •■? the .Wellington Land Board will occ-. : - on June 2nd,, 1915, on which date the appointment of Mr. Henry Thomas Elbngham to tin said Board expires in ordinary course, and that nominations to fill such vavancy wil be received at the office of the Conunisionov of Crown Lands Wellington, up to 5 o’clock in the afternon of April 2<’th., 1915. No person shal be eligible as a eauj didate for election unless he is nominated in writing by at least two persons, who - os the first day of January, 1915, were the owners of any lease or license of or in respect of any Crown lands, National Endowment lands, or Education reserves situated in the Wellington Land District, and unless the nomination paper bearing the candidate’s consent is received at the office above-mentioned before the time fixed for the closing of nominations.
