DALGETY AND COMPANY, LTD., PALMERSTON NORTH. At cur Fellding rale on Friday, 12th hist., we have to report having a very c-'oed yardirlg of shetep and fair entry c£ cattle. There was a good demand for all sheep showing condition, and also for lambs, but backward and Inferior sorts were included., and a number of this class were turned cut unsold.
Small 2 teeth ewes 13/1 to 14/6, cull lambs to P/8, medium lambs to 9/, small Stcoth wethers >4/ to 14/5, 2 tooth wethers to 16/2, agdc- ewes 9/11, 10/ to 11/1, backward conditioned sound m.cuth'ewes 13/6 to 1-1/3, good 4 ami 5 year old ewes 17/1, fullmeuth Southdown rams 3 guineas, yearling steers £2 9/G, forward cows to £4 10/, fiat and forward cows to £5 17/, young bulls to £4 10/.
