William Charles Hutchings, aged 43, vhc had for some years been chief .cccuntant in the Sun Insurance Oiiice Auckland, and who was arrested a litle over a fortnight qg°, pleaded guilty it the Police Court this morning to having stolen between January 1, 1911, and January 3rd this year, the mra cf £1,723 18s Sd belonging to the Inn Insurance Company and to falsifying books and returns in order to coneal his crime. He was committed to the Supreme Tourt for sentence, bail being allow
