BELGIAN RELIEF.
NO DOUBT AS TO MERITS OF THE APPEAL. SYDNEY, Feb. 26. Mr. Holman is satisfied with tho authenticity of the appeal unci the efHcay of the Belgian Fund. Mr. Holman suggests that Mew South Wales undertake the responsibility of contributing £3o,t;uo sterling monthly, the Government subsidising at the rate of 11/- for every 20/- collected continuously until the necessity for the fund vanishes with the restoration of the Belgians' independence.
