A part of the floor cf the hut was burned, and also the lower portion cf deceased's body. An inquest, is to be held. DUNEDIN, Feb. 19. A cablegram a few days ago stated that a New Zealamler named McDonald had been drowned through the wreck of the barque Andromeda in a gale at Falmouth. It is feared that the deceased is Allen McDonald, aged 19 years, son of Captain McDonald, of Fort Chalmers. He left the schooner Huia at Auckland to join the Andromeda before she left for Falmouth.
