Mi’ Llcyd-George says we have advanced thirty-two millions to Russia, and with purchases there gives a credit for forty millions. Advances have also been made to Russia by France with respect to purchases from France. It is estimated that Russia will require large purchases from outside, but she will be able to export wheat largely, and France and Britain have decided to raise a first loan of fifty millions to satisfy Russia’s requirements.
