MORE TEUTONIC BLUFF.

PAPER BLOCKADE EFFECTIVE. (Reed. 9.5 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Feb 15. M. Erzeberger, member of the Reichstag, has written to the press stating that the blockade threat was no bluff. The Admiralty and Mercantile Marine are confident that the blockade will be made fully successful, however undesirable it was to antagonise neutrals, and to place no obstacles in the way of grain transports reaching Belgium for the population in devastated districts, or of copper shipments to Sweden. The Admiralty and management of Atlantic lines are taking extreme precautions to ensure the safety of passengers.

A CONTRABAND CARRIER. SEIZED AT COPENHAGEN. (Reed 10.5 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Feb 15. The Carmenafkocge, supposed to contain sugar, but was heavily laden with copper intended for Germany has been seized. The Captain, also a merchant was arrested.
