SYDNEY. Fob. 12. The Labour Council lias requested unionists to patronise only places of amusement recognising union conditions. Owing to the Theatrical Union’s protest a certain firm is threatening to extend the principle of employing nonunionists. The employer claimed that tills had smashed the union in New Zealand and would do the same in Australia.
