1 Rome advices state that the force® mobilised by March Ist will exceed a million. Two new Dreadnoughts— 4le Cortecavour and Cnrdnilio —will be completed. The Minister of Marino has ordered the formation of a squadron of five Dreadnoughts under the Duke of Abruzsd.
ITALY AND TRIPOLI, ROME, Feb. !•:. Newspapers complain ihat Gorman agents in I.ybia wore professedly raising recruits. Some native and Italian troops have deserted. The Italians allege that this was done at Germany’s instigation to intimidate Italy to re main neutral.
