The Tribuna, Rome, states that the Turks are abandoning plans for fresh attacks. They appear to have exhausted their provisions, water and ammunition.
BOMBED BY BRITISH AIRMEN. AMSTERDAM, Feb. 12. A British airman dropped several bombs at Waeheran, one falling in the canal. It exploded without doing any damage. A British airman also bombed a fort at Antwerp and killed % soldiers. WARNING TO "BABY-KILLERS." PUBLIC HANGING SUGGESTED. LONDON, Feb. 12. In the House of Commons, Lord C. Beresford suggested that captured German raiders on sea and land be treated as pirates and publicly hanged for the murder of women and children. Mr. Asquith said he was not prepared to make a general .statement. Each case would be dealt with on its merits. 100,000 BELGIAN TROOPS LEPT. AMSTERDAM, Feb. 13. The Belgian Army is now estimated at one hundred thousand. EXCHANGING PRISONERS. AMSTERDAM, Feb. U Berlin advices state that permanently incapacitated French prisoners arc? assembled at Constance in readiness to exchange for German prisoners, through Switzerland. British prisoners will assemble at Lingen and Liege on the 14th and exchange through Holland.

AMERICA WARNS GERMANY. LONDON, Feb. 12. The American Note has been forwarded to Germany. It is understood the tone is friendly, but it makes clear that an attack on a vessel flying the American flag, until definitely ascertained that the use of the flag is fictitious, will be gravely viewed, and might produce serious complications. GERMANS CLIMBING DOWN. BRITISH SHIPS TO BE SUNK AT ALL TIMES. COPENHAGEN, Feb. 12. Tho Nieu Hamburger Zeitung, in an Inspired article, says the Admiralty has ordered that neutrals be not interfered with if not carrying contraband. Every Britisher, whether warship or merchantman, is to be unconditionally sunk.
