Guissepi Asaro followed his father to California from Italy, where, the bey said, the mother had been deserted by his father, it developed in the testimony that there had been many quarrels between father and son en November 22nd, and that the father had drawn a revolver on the boy. The.son finally secured possession of the weapon and shot his father.
