AMSTERDAM, Feb 10. (The "Telegraph" states that Consails at Bruges refused tfo obey the military commander's order to remove their escutcheons from their residences. All Consuls were suspended and some escutcheons were forcibly removed, and Consuls were obliged to surrender their arms and uniforms. The Turkish Consul has gene to Berlin to protest.
