A despatch from the cruiser Moltlce is semi-officially eirc'ulated by <Ger|man newspapers, claiming that it sunk a Britsih battleship, a destroyer, and a "cruiser in the North Sea fight. What care we for the lamentati'cns over British babies struck down by our weapons! What care we for Belgian refugees whose dinner is salted by our submarines! Belgian refugees should be contraband, because England is pressing them into war service. GERMANY'S MEMORANDUM. BRINGS WAR THREATENINGLY NEAR TO HOLLAND. \ (Reed 8.45 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Feb 10. The newspaper, "Hetvolk," states the German memorandum betrays a tendency to stamp neutrals as accessories to Britain's hostile acts against Germany. The danger of war was again threateningly near.
