AUSTRALIAN COPPER.
FOR INDIAN ORDNANCE. (Reed. 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 27. Lord Crewe informed Sir George Reid that India was unable to premise the Dominions preferential treatment in the purchase of copper for Indian ordnance, but they had already purchased Australian copper, and would be glad to do so in 1915. Broken Hill has been requested to tender for lead.
