The third annual show of the Mar.ton District A. and P. A Silver Cup has been donated for the pen of lambs most suitable for freezing and the fat sheep classes there Is a Silver Cup .valued £G C/, and a ton of manure, donated by the Wanganui Freezing Company, as a Points Prize. In the hack classes and the competitions the local sports will have to look to their laurels, as quite a number of outside exhibitors are bringing their horses to compete. In the ladies jumping there is again a special for the rider of the winner, and the style has to be “Hunter” style. A good supply of green fodder will be provided for the live stock and will be free of charge.
