A communique states that bad weather has impeded operations along the whole front. - We maintain our positions on the west spur. We gave grcuud en the east.. Our artillery Cursed explosion; in the enemy's batteries at Champagne. There are violent artillery duels from Rheims to the Argonne. We still hold the salient positions at Beausejour redoubt. ITALY'S NEUTRALITY. PRO GERMAN PETITION. (Rec. 8.45 a.m.) ROME, Jan. 13. Pro-Germans are preparing a petition to the Government to maintain neutrality.
