BATTLE IN THE AIR.
PIERCE ENCOUNTER BETWEEN EIGHT FLYERS. I BARIS, Nov. 13. A thriling encounter between eight aeroplanes, four German, two French, End two British, occurred in the vicinity of Ypres. I Suddenly the four allied aeroplanes lade a swift dash toward their Benches, and were folowed by the Ger|aus, who, too late, discovered the lint and perceived the perils of the Btuation only when shrapnel burst lout them. In a few minutes the four Brman aeroplanes crashed to earth.
