■ NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a special meeting of the Taihape Borough Council, held on Thursday, the 19th day of November 19.14, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be hold on Friday, the ISth day of December, 1914, at 8 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Hautapu Street, Taihape. RESOLUTION. “THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on it by part XLII of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 190 S, ’ ’ the Taihape Borough Council hereby makes, by way of Special Order, a by-law under the said Act intituled “The Taihape By-law No. 2," (the purport of such By-law being to regulate waterworks and water supply-”) A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the offices of the Taihape Borough Council, Town Hall, Hautapu Taihape, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 18th ‘ l ay of December, 1014.
