BOARD OF TRADis REGULATIONS LONDON, November 16. The Board, of Trade issued regubatioiig governing applications for the expert of wool and woollens. Licenses for the export of raw material and worsteds to British territory and allied countries will be considered when material is deemed suitable for army purposes. The export of khaki cloth |is absolutely prohibited, except for military purposes of the Dominions.
