To the Editor. Sir, — ; We hav'p unfortunately; two host unwelcome visitors in Taihape -viz, diphtheria and typhoid fever—’.nd it behoves us to take every precauion. Now rumour has it that the vater tanks at the school have not men cleaned out since the school was milt. This may or may not be corect, but in the interests ot the childen I think it is only fair that some, esponsible person should answer this etter and state when Ihe school water tanks were cleaned out last.—l sun, etc., PARENT.
