OBITUARY.
DEATH. OF MRS. WCLF. It is with much rcgrot that wo record tho death of Mrs. J. 11. D. AVnlf, of Faloalili, which occurred last Sunday night at 11 o'clock. The dooeuHed lady was an old resident of Samoa, having arrived here in 1874. In the following year she married Mr. Wulf, and afterwards went to roisido at Faloalili, which has been hor homo for the last 1(1 years. The deceased lady was very much esteemed by those who knew her, und tho largo concourso of people of nil classes who followed hor remains to the cemetery last Monday testified to the respect in which sho and her family wen- held. "Wo express our sincere sympathy to Mr. Wulf and family in the severe oflliction which has befallen them.
DEATn OF Mlt. CARL EGGERT. We huvo also been Informed of tho dentil of Mr. Carl Eggort, formerly clerk in the Gorman Consulate at Apia, and later l*nd Commissioner at tho same place. Tho death of tills gentleman, who for n long time had been suffering from the ravages of consumption, was expected.
