HEALTH HOME
AUCKLAND PROPOSAL TAKAPUNA SITE CHOSEN A move to establish a health home i» at present under way in Auckland. A site has already been chosen at Takapuna, overlooking the lake, with a fine view of the Gulf and the surrounding district. ° Mr. A. J. Stratford, J.P., president of the People's Health Societv, Mr. AV McLeod, past-president of the societv, and several business men are interested in the venture. It is proposed to have a comfortable and speeially equipped home where patients under treatment will be given the prescribed scientific diet, together with other essentials of successful treatment. It will also bo a form of rest home and will be under medical supervision while in conjunction it is intended to manufacture exclusive medicinal proprietary lines.
