YOUNG MAN FINED £1 For loitering on the footpath in St. Kevin’s Arcade on August 15, George Hutchinson was fiued £1 and costs, 10s, when he appeared at the Police Court today. Constable Dobell said (hat defendant, who was a young man, had been warned about five times, and added further that Hutchinson was in the company of typical “hoodlums.”
