ADRIFT IN PACIFIC
MOTOR-SHIP DISABLED WITH BROKEN GEAR AT SYDNEY FGR REPAIRS Reed. 11.20 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. The motor-ship Sheaf Holme put into Sydney Harbour for repairs after drifting helplessly in the Pacific Ocean for 14 days, owing to engine trouble. The ship was en route to Fremantle from Nauru, when one of the huge 63-in pistons carried away.
