AIRRMAN KILLED.—Mr. David Smith who, with Mr. H. W. Shiers, attempted to fly from Australia to England last March, has been killed. He was flying it the Mascot Airdrome, Sydney, when his engine “seized,” and he was thrown 300 ft to the ground.
