I MAGISTRATE'S COMMENT YOUNG MAN FINED £25 “We must stop these cases,” said Mi. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court today, when he fined Neil Melville Louisson £25 for being found intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Lome Street on September 14. Through Mr. Hore, defendant pleaded guilty. According to Sub-Inspector Shanahan, accused was arrested at the corner of Lome and Rutland Streets about 12.10 a.m. on Sunday*, September 14. He had been attending a dance and was under the influence of liquor. “There were a number of cars about. I suppose?” asked Mr. Hunt. Sub-Inspector Shanahan: It was in the early morning, but there were a few about. “My client has received a lesson,” said Mr. Hore, who admitted the facts. “I suggest that a fine will meet the case.” Accused was fined £25 and his licence was cancelled for three months-
