JAPAN-U.S.A. FLIGHT OFF TOKYO, Tuesday. Lieutenant Harold Bromley and Mr. Harold Gatty, who started on Sunday on their attempted flight to America anti returned yesterday owing to fog and other unfavourable weather conditions, are not likely to resume the flight.
