THE KAIMANAWA.—Advice from the Union Steam Ship Company states that the steamer Kaimanawa is due to arrive at Westport about Thursday, and loads for Auckland. KATOA TO RESUME.—The Union Company's Katoa, which has been laid up at Wellington, was to recommission yesterday, and will leave Wellington for Newcastle and Sydney to load for Auckland. THE K A PONG A.—The steamer Kaponga, owned by the Union Company, is reported to have left Melbourne at four o’clock on Friday afternoon for Auckland, Portlau.d New Plymouth, and Wellington. THE KARTIGI.—The Union Steam Ship Company’s steamer Kartigi is due to arrive at Hobart about September 29, and loads there, completing at Melbourne and Devonport, for Auckland, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. THE CANADIAN LEADER.—The local office of the Canadian National Steamships advised that the steamer Canadian Leader, which was unloading motor-cars and parts from Montreal at Prince’s Wharf, was scheduled to sail at noon today for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide to complete discharging. THE AORANGI.—The Royal Mail liner Aorangi is, according to advice received from the Union Steam Ship Company, scheduled to sail from Vancouver for Sydney tomorrow, via Victoria 8.C., Honolulu, Suva and Auckland. She is due to arrive here on October 5 and sails the following day for Sydney. She is due to arrive at Sydney on October 10. MATAROA TO LOAD.—The Shaw, Sayill liner Mataroa has been fixed to coni* incline her Homeward loading at Timaru on October 2. She will subsequently load at Lyttelton, Wellington. Napier and Auckland. The vessel is scheduled to clear Auckland on October 22 fox* Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal. HERTFORD TO LOAD—The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Hertford will commence her Homeward loading at New Plymouth on October 28. She will subsequently load at Wanganui, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. The vessel Is due at Wellington on November 10, and is to clear Auckland about November 23 for London, via the Panama Canal., RUAHINE RADIOS.—A wireless message received by the New* Zealand Shippink Company from its liner Ruahine states that she expects to reach Wellington from Southampton on Saturday evening, two days ahead of schedule. The vessel has passengers and mails for New Zealand an a cargo of general merchandise from London, which she will unload at Wellington, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton and Timaru. MAIL ADVICES.—The Chief Postmaster f*as* received advice that the mail which left Wellington on August 12 by the .R.M.S. Tahiti, via San Francisco, and which, owing to the foundering of the Tahiti, were transferred to the Ventura, arrived in London on September 11. The s.s. Ulimaroa from Sydney, due at Auckland on September 16, has 113 bags of Australian and Eastern mail for Auckland. THE OMANA.—The Union Company’s steamer Omana arrived at Newcastle from Auckland”on Friday. She is to loud a coal cargo at Newcastle for Wellington. THE YARRAVILLE SAILS.—The Vacuum Oil Company’s tanker Yarraville sailed for Sydney and Brisbane last evening to complete unloading bulk oil from San Francisco.

THE KARETU. —The Union Company’s steamer Karetu was due to arrive at Lyttelton on Sunday from Australian ports, and sails about Friday next for Auckland direct. She later proceeds to Newcastle and Sydney. KENT AT GLASGOW. —The Federal Line steamer Kent, which was dispatched from Wellington for London, Avonmouth. Liverpool and Glasgow, on July IS, is reported to have reached Glasgow last Wednesday. THE FERNWOOD FOR LYTTELTON. —The Norwegian motor-ship Fernwood sailed for Lyttelton, Wellington, Wanganui. New Plymouth and Australia last evening to complete unloading cargo from Mexico. THE KING JOHN.—An arrival at Lyttelton vesterday was the King Line’s motor-vessel King John with phosphate from Nauru Island. After discharging her local portion she is to proceed to l’ort Chalmers. THE PLUME AT SAN FRANCISCO. — The Vacuum Oil Company’s tanker Plume arrived at San Francisco last Saturday. The vessel is to load a bulk oil cargo for discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER.— The Canadian National steamer Canadian Challenger, which left Auckland for New York, Boston and Montreal on August 4, is reported to have reached New York, on September 11. MATA I LEAVES BALBOA.—Cabled news Has been received that the new Government steamer Matai, en rout, from England to New Zealand, left Balboa last Wednesday. She is due at Wellington about the middle of October. THE PORT WAIKATO. —The intercolonial motor-ship Port Waikato left Waikokopu on Friday afternoon for Wellington to replenish her bunker fuel. From Wellington she will proceed to Dunedin and Lyttelton to load for Tauranga, Whangarei, and Dargavilie. THE RANGITIKI.—The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the motor-liner Rangitiki, w»hich is loading at Prince’s Wharf, is scheduled to sail for Southampton and London, via Panama, at noon today. In addition to cargo she is taking passengers and mail. THE SOLOY.—The Norwegian motorship Soloy was expected to clear New Plymouth on Saturday for Newcastle and Fremantle to complete unloading sulphur from Texas. After completion of discharge she is to proceed to Bunbury to load jarrah for New Zealand. THE PORT BRISBANE.—The C. and D. Line has received cabled advice that the Port Brisbane, en route from New York, cleared the Panama Canal last Wednesday. She is due at Auckland on October 1, and will later proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin to complete discharge. THE SILDRA.—The Norwegian motortanker Sildra, which arrived from San Francisco on Thursday evening and berthed at Western Wharf, to unload about 2,000 tons of bulk oil for the Shell Company, sailed on Saturday afternoon for Wellington arid Lyttelton to unload the remainder of the cargo. THE HAURAKI.—The Union Company’s trans-Pacific motor-ship Hauraki was due at Vancouver on Friday. The vessel is to load at Pacific Coast ports for Papeete, Auckland, Wellington. Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. She is scheduled to clear Los Angeles on September 30 and to reach Auckland on October 24. NIAGARA AT SYDNEY.—The Royal Mail liner Niagara reached Sydney from Auckland at nine o’clock on Saturday morning, after being delayed for about three hours during the passage owing to stormy weather. The vessel is to leave Sydney on Thursday and Auckland the following Tuesday on her return voyage to Vancouver. THE MAMILIUS.—After being delayed by bad weather at Wanganui the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mamilius is due at ‘Wellington today to complete loading for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain. She will probably be dispatch-cd for London on Thursday. THE RANGITATA.—CabIed advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that Its liner Rangitata, en route from London and Southampton to Wellington, with passengers, mail and cargo, reached Panama on Thursday, September 11. She is due to arrive at Wellington on October 1, and will later proceed to Auckland. THE BOREN.—Spedding, Limited, advises that the Swedisii motor-vessel Boren is now loading for Auckland. Wellington and Australian ports. She is scheduled to sail from Portland on September 27, Seattle September 30, Vancouver October 1, San Francisco October 9. and finally clears Los Angeles on October 13. PORT CAROLINE TO LOAD.—The C. and D. Line advises that the Port Caroline is due at Bluff on Thursday morning from Port Kembla to conynence her Homeward loading. She will subsequently load at Timaru, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Auckland, and Wellington, and is to clear* Wellington finally on October 12 for London, via Montevideo. ZEALANDIC TO LOAD.—The Shaw, Savill motor-ship Zealandic is to commence her Homeward loading at Port Chalmers on Saturday. She will subsequently complete at Bluff, Timaru, New Plymouth, Wellington, Waikokopu. and Auckland. The vessel is scheduled to clear Auckland on October 25 for London, via the Panama Canal.

WAIPAHI SAILS 11 A.M. THURSDAY.—The Union Company's Island steamer Waipahi arrived from Wellington this morning and berthed at King's Wharf. After unloading a quantity of cargo from Wellington the vessel will load for the Cook Islands. She is scheduled to sail for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atiu and Mauke on Thursday, at 11 a.m.

RUAHINE TO LOAD.—The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Ruahine has been fixed to commence her Homeward loading at Timaru on October 8. She will subsequently load at Bluff. Wanganui, New Plymouth and Wellington. The vessel is scheduled to clear Wellington finally on October 28 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal. •

RANGITATA’S ITINERARY. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor liner Rangitata is due at Wellington from London and Southampton on October 1, and at Auckland on October 8. After completion of discharge at Auckland she is scheduled to commence loading at this port on October 33 for her Homeward voyage. Her other loading ports are Gisborne, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier and Auckland. She is scheduled to clear Auckland finally for London on November 8.

PORT BRISBANE.—The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Brisbane is scheduled to reach Auckland from New York on October 2. Her general merchandise cargo will be unloaded at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. After completion of discharge the vessel is to load for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain at Port Chalmers, Bluff, Timaru. Lyttelton, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Auckland, Napier and Wellington. She is scheduled to load at Auckland from October 31 to November 4, and to sail from Wellington for London on November 10. Heather, Roberton and Company, Limited, are the local agents. ULIMAROA FROM SYDNEY.—An arrival at Auckland this morning was the Huddart-Parker Company’s intercolonial steamer Ulimaroa at 7.55 a.m. with passengers, mail and cargo from Sydney. Alter the granting of pratique the vessel berthed at Central Wharf to disembark passengers and discharge mails and cargo. She is scheduled to sail again for Sydney at 11 o’clock on Friday morning.
