STAFF DANCE
FARMERS’ FERTILISER COMPANY ENJOYABLE EVENING An enjoyable dance was held on Wednesday evening in the Auckland Electric-Power Board social hall by the staff of the Farmers’ Fertiliser Company. Excellent dance music was supplied by Jack Rowe and his orchestra. Among those present were: Mrs. G. West, who wore moonlight blue satin beaute; Mrs. W. Cash, blue floral ninon and chenille coatee; Mrs. A. J. Postles, daffodil taffeta; Mrs. G. Duncan, orange georgette, relieved with gold trimmings; Mrs. 11. Lloyd, black georgette; Mrs. 13. Jones, hand-painted peach georgette; Miss Dix, palest pink georgette; Miss C. Dilger, deep cream marocain; Miss Davies, black chiffon; Miss Lund, hydrangia blue georgette and tafleta; Miss Veart, apple-green georgette with uneven hemline; Miss Brialey, bouffant frock of lemon taffeta; Miss Itice, rosewood lace over georgette; Miss Watts, powder blue georgette; Miss Kennedy, midnight blue suede georgette with cascade; Miss Kean, black lace over pink satin. Miss J. Parsons, in primrose satin; Miss R. Watson, leaf-green floral taffeta; Miss M. Roberts, blue satin beaute; Miss T. Rentoul, pink taffeta with blue hem; Miss A. McFetridge, eau-de-nil frock of crepe de chine. Miss M. Dilger, daffodil georgette; Miss Williams, black crepe de chine frock with lace; Miss P. Rose, lime taffeta; Miss Pat Rose, lemon ring velvet and tulle; Miss K. Johnson, white satin and georgette; Miss N. Burgess, black and gold sequined frock; Miss P. McLouglilin, blue satin beaute; Miss A. Gordon, black beaded satin beaute; Miss Rona Suisted, primrose lace relieved with green; Miss J. Hames, pale pink lace; Miss Stephenson, blue satin beaute; Miss P. Woodrow', ecru lace over blue; Miss M. Kirkwood, flame shot taffeta and gold lace; Miss W. I-luxtable, ivory geoi'gette; Miss Mavis Bullians, sky blue crepe de chine.
