ONEHUNGA ORPHANS’ CLUB ENTERTAINS AT | | ANNUAL FUNCTION j BRIGHT PROGRAMME The Foresters’ Theatre, Onehunga, presented a gay scene on Wednesday evening, with bright coloured decorations and palms, ferns and spring flowers, when the Onehunga Orphans’ Club held its annual ladies’ night. There were many guests from kindred City and suburban clubs. Bro. E. V. Sutherland presided, supported by Bro. Robert Buchanan, past president. The distribution of multi-coloured fantastic paper hats, together with the excellent musical programme, added to the gaiety of the evening. At the conclusion of the concert dancing was kept up till a late hour. Among those present were: Mrs. E. V. Sutherland, who wore moonlight blue georgette; Mrs. R.
