MANGAWAI STORE CLAIM The sum of £l5O and costs was awarded by Mr. Justice Herdman in a reserved judgment given in the Supreme Court today, to Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Williams (Mr. Prendergast) in her action against Hayward Charles Subritzky (Mr. Hall Skelton). This was the amount claimed by Mrs. Williams for a store at Manga wai. standing on an hotel property which was purchased by defendant from her husband. His Honour considered it was plain that the defendant had bound himself to buy the store.
