PRETTY MORNING WEDDING AT REMUERA

BRIDE WEARS FLORAL CHIFFON GOWN IN TONES OF SPRINGTIME YELLOW HAMILTON-ARMSTRONG—-ROBERTSON I A very quiet wedding was celebrated this morning at St. Luke’s, Remuera, when Ena, younger daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Robertson, late of Canterbury and at present of Remuera, was married to Cyril Frederick, only son of the late F. H. Hamilton-Arm-strong, of “Creeve,” County Fermanagh, Ireland, and Mrs. F. H. Hamilton-Armstrong, late of “Creeve Hill,” Foxrock, Ireland, and at present of Remuera, Auckland. The Rev. G. M. Thomson performed the ceremony. Mr. Edward Parker attended the bridegroom. Tho bride, who was given away by her father, wore a picturesque anklelength gown of floral georgette in soft tones of yellow with a capelet. Her large hat was of silk straw lined with tho colours of tho gown and she carried a bouquet of flowers shading from nale yellow to deep orange. In attendance as matron of honour, was Airs. Wilfred Ryburn, of Ashburton. sister of the bride. Her dainty

gown was of mist blue and grey georgette. with long full skirt and a capelet. She carried a bouquet of anemones in tones of blue and mauve, and wore a large hat to tone with her gown. Airs. R. M. Robertson, mother of the bride, wore a handsome gown of silk georgette in black and beige, with a coatee and a large black hat lined with beige. She carried a bouquet of violets.

Airs. Hamilton-Armstrong, mother of tho bridegroom. was distinctively gowned in lapis blue lace and georgette. cut on flowing lines. With it she wore a coat of beige georgette and largo hat to tone, and her bouquet was of roses.

Airs. E. 11. Reid, aunt of the bride, woro a gown of embossed georgette, with a coat of black ring velvet, ermine stole and hat to tone. Aliss Macleod ( Otago) woro a smartly cut gown of black crepe romaino with cape collar of beige georgette, and a wide-brimmed hat in tones of beige and black. Air. and Airs. E. H. Reid entertained tho guests after the ceremony.
