Rosie Dolly is seeking severance of her marital ties from Mr. Mortimer Davis, the Canadian tobacco millionaire. She IS, pining to return to the footlights, and when she proposed setting up a luxurious cabaret near the Champs Elysees in Paris, w ith her sister Jennie in support, Mr. Mortimer objected—hence the desire for freedom.
