VIOLIN RECITAL
PUPILS OF J. P. HULME A fine musical treat will be provide* at the Lewis Eady Hall next Tuesda evening, when there will be a violii recital by John I'aul Ilulme and hi pupils. A splendid programme has been ar ranged. Among the pupils assistin Mi-e Miss Xanc.v Handing. Miss France K. Lee and -Miss Dorothy Veall, an Messrs. James Paterson, John Chap man. James Knight, Fred Colemar Frank Cassidy, James Galagher an Masters James Moloy and Walde Johnson. Miss Theo llalpin will b the accompanist. MT. EDEN AND GREEN LANE The ability of British producers t make an outstanding film is proved b “Harmony Heaven,” now at the Cry stal Palace Theatre, Mount Eden, an* the Alexandra Theatre, Green Lane The second feature on the programm is “The Hate Ship,” another Britisi production. Being a powerful drama o conflicting personalities on a palatia yacht it gives scope for clever acting The details of the plot have been s< woven together that there is suspens right to the end.
