CONSTITUTION OF TROTTING BOARD
r pHE New Zealand Trotting Asso- -*■ ciation is composed of nine members, of which four are well-known owners. These comprise Messrs. J. R. McKenzie, R. A. Armstrong, S. W. Kelly and G. McMillan. Another member, Mr. H. W. Kitchingham (vice-presi-dent), is well known as a breeder and formerly raced several good horses on the West Coast. The remaining members are Messrs. J. H. Williams (chairman), S. C. Harley, J. B. Thomson and J. Hayward. It is generally admitted throughout the Dominion that these stalwarts of the I ight-harness sport have done a great deal for the progress of the popular pastime through their able and impartial administration.
