CRITIC SAYS IT MAY BE EARLY NEXT YEAR CONSERVATIVES PREPARE Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. The “Daily Telegraph” says the result of the Bromley by-election has been to encourage the Conservatives throughout the country, and they are now preparing for a General Election, which, according to the best-informed political opinion, cannot be delayed beyond January or February next.
