SIR JOSEPH WARD’S ESTATE

NEW EXECUTOR CHOSEN Press Association M ELLINGTON, Thursdav Probate of the will of the late Sir Joseph Ward was granted by the Supreme Court on August 15 to his sons. Sir Cyril Ward and Mr. Vincent Ward, M.P., and his daughter. Mrs. B. B. Wood. This morning the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, made an order under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, on the petition of the said executors, appointing the Public Trustee sole executor and trustee of the will, and appointing Sir C’vril Ward, Mr. Vincent Ward, and E. B. Wood advisory trustees. The estate was provisionally sworn for probate at £337,000.
