FIRST LORD ABROAD. —The First Lord of the British Admiralty. Mr. A A'. Alexander, visited Rome yesterday. He was accompanied by Rear-Admiral Chetwodc. and was met by the Minister of Marine. Admiral Sirianni. and other high Italian naval and Foreign Office officials, and a member of th*British Embassy staff.
