WOMAN’S DISSECTED BODY IN SACKING FOUND IN SEINE Reed. 2 p.m. PARIS, Wednesday. The dissected body of a young woman, tied up in sacking, was found in the Seine at Clichy. Her arms had been cut off close to the shoulders, the legs at the ankles and the head severed cleanly. The police presume that the woman was mui dered at Paris and the body had drifted downstream. A preliminary examination reveals that the feet are curiously small, driving the police to the conclusion that it is the body of a Chinese woman.
