NEW MEMBERS RETURNED Only seven nominations for seven seats on the Papakura Town Board having been received, no biennial election will be necessary. The following were nomination and have been returned unopposed:—Messrs. J. Andrew, H. E. McEntee, D. Weir, P. Hunt, H. C. Baulf, H. L. Thornton, and F. J. Lound. Messrs.
