PENYBYRN SAILS TUESDAY. —The Norwegian steamer Penybryn, at present unloading sugar at Chelsea Wharf from Cuba is, according to, her local agent. Spedding, Ltd., expected to sail for Australia on Tuesday. THE HIKURANGI.—Advice from Spedding, Ltd., states that the steamer Hikurangi reached Norfolk Island at the beginning of the week. She is expected to leave the island today and will arrive at Auckland about September 6. THE LADY LEWIS. —The steamer Lady Lewis, which arrived at Auckland with phosphates from Nauru Island recently, is expected to sail from Westport today for Fiji. She will then load sugar for the United Kingdom. THE ARLINGTON COURT. The steamer Arlington Court, which arrived at Auckland from Ocean Island on August 31 with phosphates, is scheduled to sail for Westport on Monday. From there sho will proceed to Nauru Island for a further load of phosphates. WAI PA HI DUE MONDAY.—The Island fruit steamer Walpahi, owned by the Union Steam Ship Company, left Rarotonga at eight o'clock last Sunday evening. She is due here on Monday, and sails again on September 18 for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atui, and Mauke.

WAIKOUAITI SAILS 9 P.M. —A departure for Sydney today will be the steamer Waikoaiti, owned by the Union Steam Ship Company, which will leave Prince's Wharf at nine o’clock this evening. NARBADA SAILS FRIDAY. —Latest advice from the Union Steam Ship Company states that the Indian trader Nar- 1 bada is now expected to leave Auckland on Friday at 5 p.m. for Wellington. Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. CORINTHIC’S WIRELESS REPORT.— The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Corinthic, which left Auckland for London last Wednesday, has reported by wireless that since leaving she experienced north-east-erly winds and rough seas, and all on board are well. SOMERSET SAILS 5 P.M. TODAY.— According to latest advice the Federal steamer Somerset, now at Queen’s Wharf, is expected to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff at 5 o’clock this afternoon. Her local agent is the New Zealand Shipping Company. TOFUA DUE 3 P.M.—Latest wireless advice from the Union Steam Ship Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua states that she is expected to arrive at Auckland at three o’clock this afternoon, and will berth at Prince’s Wharf. She returns to Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa at 11 o’clock next Saturday morning. NIAGARA DUE MONDAY An arrival from Vancouver on Monday will be the Union Company’s Royal Mail liner Niagara, via way ports. She is carrying passengers, mail, and cargo. After discharging her local consignment, she will proceed to Sydney at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9. CANADIAN CRUISER SAILS 6 P.M.— At present at King's Wharf, completing her cargo for New York, Boston ana Montreal, the Canadian National Steamships steamer Canadian Cruiser is to be dispatched for those ports via the Panama Canal at six o’clock this evening. CANADIAN TRANSPORTER DUE SATURDAY.—According to her radio advice the Canadian National Steamships steamer Canadian Transporter is due in port from Montreal on Saturday. The vessel has a cargo of general merchandise from Eastern Canadian ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. MAUNGANUI AT SYDNEY.—The Union Company’s intercolonial steamer Maunganui arrived at Sydney from Auckland at seven o'clock yesterday morning. The vessel is to sail on Friday for Auckland and Wellington. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on Tuesday and to leave Wellington for Sydney the following Friday. SOLOY DUE FRIDAY.—With a cargo of sulphur from Galveston (Texas), the Norwegian motor-ship Soloy is due in the stream here at noon on Friday. After unloading the local portion of her cargo to the agency of A. G. Frankham, Ltd., she. will sail for New Plymouth, Newcastle and Fremantle to put out the remainder. THE CARRISO. —No further advice has been received regarding the American motor-ship Carriso which is reported to be en route from Anacortes, America, to New Zealand. The vessel has a large quantity of fruit box shooks for discharge at Apia, Auckland. Napier and Nelson. Russell and Somers, Limited, is the local agent. THE ZEALANDIC REPORTS.—A wireless message from the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s motor-vessel Zealandic states that she is expected to arrive at Auckland at 5 p.m. tomorrow with general merchandise from Liverpool. No berth had been allotted her this morning. After unloading the local portion of her cargo she will sail for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. RUAHINE CLEARS PANAMA.—CabIed advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that its liner Ruahine, en route from London and Southampton to Wellington, cleared the Panama Canal on Saturday last. The vessel has passengers and mails for New Zealand and a cargo of general merchandise for unloading at Wellington. Port Chalmers, Lyttelton and Timaru. She is scheduled to reach Wellington on September 22. THE TARANAKI.—The Shaw, Savill and Albion line motor-ship Taranaki cleared Suva on Saturday in continuation of her voyage from London to Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Lyttelton tomorrow. After completion of discharge at Dunedin the vessel will load for her homeward voyage at Port Chalmers. Bluff. Wellington. Napier, Waikokopu. Gisborne and Auckland. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on October 2 and to sail for London, via Panama, on October 7. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE— The following vessels are expected to be within range of the undermentioned wireless stations tonight:— Auckland.—Canadian Transporter, Moeraki, Omana, Sierra, Silda, Solov, Somerset, Taranaki, Tofua, Ward. Waikouaiti, Waipahi, Wairuna, Yomachichi. Zealandic. Chatham Islands.—Ruapehu. Wellington.—Maori. Wahine. Ngaio, Niagara, Aorangi, Kalingo, Golden Cross, Remuera, Armadale. Awarua.—Karetu, Paua, H.M.S. Dunedin, Maheno. •

THE lONIC.—The White Star liner lonic is now scheduled to sail finally from Wellington for London on September 24, after completing her loading at New Zealand. She will carry passengers, mail and. cargo for London and Southampton. PORT OF ONEHUNGA—AHAPAWA is to sail for Wanganui only at 3 o'clock neat Monday aftexnoon. HOKIANGA is to leave for Hokianga a: 3 p.m. tomorrow. HAUTURU is scheduled to sail for New Plymouth at 3 o’clock this afternoon. KaITOA is due from Nelson on Friday. She is to leave for Nelson and west coast ports on Saturday morning. ROXAKI is due from Raglan. Kawh:a and Waikato Heads at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning. She is to sail for Hokianga at 3 p.m. tomorrow.
