In the New Zealand women's hockey tournament, the holders of the K Cup, Southland A. were defeated by Easteo Southland A by three goals to two. Otago defeated Soutli Canterbury by three goals to two. Wairarapa defeated Alanawatu by two goals to one. • North Otago defeated Southland B by four goals to one. West Coast beat Eastern Southland B by two goals to one. Wellington defeated Rotorua.
